Administrative Data Entry

We seek a detail-oriented, thorough, organized project manager to join our growing team. The Accounting Data Entry Clerk reports to the Accounting Supervisor and is responsible for the timely data entry of closing work orders into client systems.

Pay Rate: $22.00-$24.00 DOE

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Scan service cards and upload to SharePoint/internal systems to close out work order
  • Data entry - time and work completed into 2 proprietary systems
  • Track and update non active work orders/spreadsheet and bill when they become active
  • Mail out closed work orders once per week
  • Self-audit for data entry errors daily
  • Communicate with supervisors to resolve discrepancies
  • Filing

  • Self-motivated and self-directed

Experience and Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent desired
  • Experience with enterprise accounting software
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted on a year to year basis

Additional Requirements/Licenses/Certifications:

  • Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid State of Residence Driver's License is required within two weeks of employment.
  • Candidates must pass criminal and Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) background checks and pass a pre-employment drug screen.
