We invite you to consider joining our team of talented quality improvement professionals In these key roles, you will serve as facilitator and coach to a variety of multi-disciplinary improvement teams and you will work collaboratively to build improvement capability across the institution to achieve transformational and sustainable changes in patient outcomes.
Cincinnati Children's Hospital, a nonprofit academic medical center established in 1883, is one of the oldest and most distinguished pediatric hospitals in the United States. The Anderson Center guides health services research at Cincinnati Children's and works to spread its impact into clinical practice and policy. On a national scale, the Center helps build and support sustainable collaborative Learning Networks that measurably improve health by bringing patients, families, clinicians and scientists together, and that use data for clinical care, improvement and research to achieve population outcomes at scale.
In support of our institution's compelling vision "to be the leader in improving child health," we have created a comprehensive and robust quality improvement infrastructure. This infrastructure has been central to the widespread measurable improvements being achieved across our continuum of care. We also support external collaboratives, learning networks and improvement work in our community and at the regional and national levels in order to expand the impact on improving children's health more broadly.
Specific responsibilities will require in depth application of improvement science methodologies/tools, strategic planning, project management, team facilitation/education, consulting skills, change management and data measurement/analysis.
This is a highly visible role that requires an individual to be independent yet collaborative with other healthcare professionals and leaders at Cincinnati Children's and in community and hospital settings regionally and nationally.
