As an experienced Mechanic – Fleet Technician at Y Innovations Auto Repair, you’ll perform preventative maintenance and repairs of all levels from personal to fleet and are trusted to work independently and at times as a team. You will also be expected to operate a company vehicle, perform road calls, diagnose problems and complete maintenance ;Why is this for you? Shift: Monday – Friday 5:30am to 1 ;Work Location: We are a mobile business, based in five locations Lorton, Alexandria, Manassas, Fairfax and ;
We also provide Roadside assistant in the DMV ;
Main Responsibilities: Making sure vehicles are maintained and safe for our customers
Excellent written and verbal communication ;
Keep an accurate log of all work ;
Regular and reliable workplace ;
Maintain and clean truck, equipment, and to ensure tools are kept in a safe usable condition at all ;
Adheer to company work safety policies
Access vehicles to accurately diagnose and repair ;
Perform additional duties as ;
Work in all types of weather ;
Pick up parts, tires ;
Emergency conditions may require calls at home, extended hours or weekends ;
Perform routine maintenance such as changing oil and lubricating equipment and parts, ;
Correct vehicle deficiencies by removing, repairing adjusting, disassembling, and replacing major assemblies, sub-assemblies, components, parts or ;
Drive to multiple work sites in company vehicle
Preventive maintenance services on truck and with little or no supervision and in a timely manner
Using Y Innovations tools and equipment complete repairs, including basic vehicle diagnostics
