In Office(not remote)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Process multiple check runs each day for payments
Ensure accurate addresses on outgoing lienholder payments and adds notes to maintain files as needed
Record business transactions and key daily worksheets
Research, track and resolve outstanding lienholder payment checks
Research and solve bill discrepancies and issues
Assist with month end closing duties as needed
Ability to assist and perform coworker’s duties as needed
Ad-hoc projects as needed
EDUCATION and/or WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
1-2 years of Accounting experience strongly preferred
High level of problem-solving skills
Basic math skills required
Data entry skills with high level of accuracy
Communication skills, both verbal and written
Successfully work within the department, company and with outside vendors/partners
Team player, there are no boundaries to this position, other duties will be assigned as candidate progresses in position. Cross training is Mandatory.
SALARY & BENEFITS:
Hourly rate of $18.00 - $23.00 per hour depending on experience
Full-time positions are benefits-eligible the first month after 30 days of employment, which includes:

The Team Member is occasionally required to stand and walk and walk upstairs.
The Team Member is occasionally required to stand for long periods of time, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
The Team Member must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and the ability to adjust focus.
