NetSuite Project Manager - 100% Remote based in Annapolis, MDScroll down for a complete overview of what this job will require Are you the right candidate for this opportunityAbout the Company and NetSuite Project Manager Opportunity: CFS is partnering with a new client in Annapolis, MD to find a NetSuite Project Manageron a contract basis for the next 3-6 months Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm primarily remote based in Annapolis, MD Selected candidate must reside in the US and be a US citizen. Travel is expected for up to one week during the course of this project. Reports to the CFO Pay: $70-80/hour depending on experience Job Duties for the NetSuite Project Manager: Act as the primary project manager and main point of contact for the client, working closely with the external NetSuite implementation team Evaluate project status, deliverables, risks, and gaps to create a stabilized, forward-focused plan Oversee daily project activities, including scheduling, issue tracking, milestone management, and progress reporting Ensure all implementation efforts meet business objectives, operational requirements, and adhere to NetSuite best practices Lead stakeholder meetings, provide status updates, and maintain clear communication across all teams Represent client interests during scoping sessions, solution design reviews, and change-order negotiations Validate design decisions and challenge external resources when necessary to maintain quality and compliance with requirements Deliver updates on project, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies Review current system configurations and recommend enhancements or adjustments Assist with UAT planning, including script development, execution oversight, and acceptance criteria validation Support data migration efforts through planning, mapping reviews, and quality checks Ensure alignment and collaboration among Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Professional Services teams Qualifications for the NetSuite Project Manager:: 4+ years' experience in NetSuite administration, xhuatnn implementation, project management required NetSuite certifications beneficial but not required Comfortable joining an implementation mid project Revenue recognition, multi entity, and foreign currency experience experience a plus Bachelors degree in related field highly preferred Advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP required Knowledge of core NetSuite modules, including SuiteProjects Avalara experience a plus Experience in SaaS, services, or subscription-based business models Background working with cross-functional Accounting and Operations teams Must be a US citizen #ZRCFS #INDEC2025
