We specialize in creating, managing, and delivering high-value content - technical documentation, eLearning, online help, visualizations, training materials, etc. We continuously challenge the status quo and empower organizations by delivering effective content solutions that help clients achieve their business objectives.Position Summary: Contiem, Inc. is seeking a mid-level NetSuite Project Manager to join our team on a contract basis and take over an ongoing NetSuite implementation from the client side. This role will serve as the client's advocate and primary point of coordination with the external NetSuite implementation partner (Meyers-Holum). The ideal candidate has hands-on NetSuite expertise, strong communication and project governance skills, and proven experience navigating mid-stream implementations. A strong background with Avalara, foreign currency and FX handling, multi-subsidiary consolidation, and especially SuiteProjects is required.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Serve as the client's primary project manager and liaison with the external NetSuite implementation firm.Assess current project status, deliverables, risks, and gaps to develop a stabilized, forward-looking project plan.Drive day-to-day project oversight, including planning, issue tracking, logs, and milestone management.Ensure all implementations align with business requirements, operational needs, and NetSuite best practices.Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings, prepare status updates, and ensure clear cross-functional communication.Client Advocacy & Governance:Represent the client's interests during scoping discussions, solution design reviews, and change-order negotiations.Validate design decisions and challenge external resources when needed to ensure quality and adherence to requirements.Provide executive-level insights into project health, timeline, budget adherence, and risk mitigation.Functional Expertise & Hands-On Involvement:Review current system configuration and recommend improvements or adjustments.Support UAT planning, script creation, execution oversight, and acceptance criteria validation.Assist with data migration planning, mapping reviews, and data quality validation.Ensure alignment across Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Professional Services teams.Required Experience:US citizenship.Bachelors degree in a related field.4-6 years of experience in NetSuite administration, consulting, or project management.Proven experience managing NetSuite implementations, preferably joining projects mid-stream.Strong experience with SuiteProjects:Project accountingResource managementTime and expenseRevenue recognition (ASC 606) knowledge is beneficial.Hands-on experience with:Avalara AvaTax setup and integration with NetSuiteForeign currency management and multi-currency transactionsMulti-entity / multi-subsidiary consolidation including period-end processesSolid understanding of core NetSuite modules.Experience working with or managing external SI/implementation partners.Strong project management skills.Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management capabilities.Preferred Skills:NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, SuiteFoundation).Experience in SaaS, services, or subscription-based business models.Background working with cross-functional Finance/Accounting and Operations teams.Ability to quickly absorb project context and execute effectively with minimal oversight.Work Hours & Location: This is a full-time contract position with hours of operation from Monday to Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm. Position can be remote or on-site. Role will require travel to headquarters.
