Schedule: 7am-7pm, Full Time, Night Shift
Sign-On Bonus: $20,000
Relocation: Up To $7500
Department: Cardiovascular Surgical ICU (CVSU)
Location: Forsyth Medical Center - Winston-Salem, NC
8 Beds
2-1:1 Ratio
Patient Population: Post open heart throacotomies, esopgagogastrectomies, only unit trained to do open heart patients. Act as PACU, patients recover within 24 hours and transferred within 48 hours to specialized Stepdown unit (6CICCU).
Require two call days in a six week time track. Pay time and a half for call days.
Previous critical care experience required.

Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's Degree, preferred. Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. If your RN nursing license has been inactive, retired or lapsed for five years or more and you have not been licensed in another state during the last five years, successful completion of a Board approved refresher course is required prior to reactivating or reinstating your license. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course.
Experience: One year relevant experience, preferred
Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current RN licensure in appropriate state Required BLS Healthcare Provider, ACLS, required
CCRN, PCCN, CNRN, preferred
Additional Skills Preferred: Previous applicable progressive/telemetry and/or critical care/neuro clinical experience.
