Job Title: Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Surgical ICU

Novant Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Surgical ICU team. As a Registered Nurse in this role, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients.

About the Role:
  • Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients in the Cardiovascular Surgical ICU
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized plans of care
  • Monitor and manage patient conditions, including hemodynamic monitoring and cardiovascular surgery implementation of mechanical support
  • Provide post-anesthesia care to cardiovascular patients who have received general anesthesia
  • Work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of acuity and complexity

Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of North Carolina
  • 1 year of relevant experience in critical care or cardiovascular surgical ICU
  • BLS Healthcare Provider and ACLS certification
  • Preferred: CCRN, PCCN, CNRN certification
