Dental Health Associates has two opportunities for Dental Assistants at our Fitchburg Clinic, supporting Dr. Brian Sweeney’s team (Mondays off) and Dr. Hannah Markquart’s team (Fridays off). *Compensation*
* *Starting Salary*: Starting at $19 an hour, with opportunity to earn more based on experience and performance.
* *Signing Bonus*: $1,000
* *Additional Bonus*: Earn extra bonuses for picking up shifts on your regular day off (never required or mandatory).

*Responsibilities*
* Assist the dentist during procedures
* Prepare and sterilize dental instruments
* Support a positive patient experience through comfort and care
* Maintain patient records and schedule appointments
* Educate patients on oral hygiene and care instructions

*Qualifications*
* Dental Assistant experience preferred
* Strong desire to learn and work within a team-oriented environment

*Education Requirements*
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Completion of a dental assistant program is preferred but not mandatory
* Certification in CPR/First Aid is preferred
