St. Andrew's Senior Solutions is seeking an energetic Client Services Associate to join our growing Team. This exciting position is responsible for supporting all areas of our business and the spectrum of services we provide. We are the home and community-based services division of St. Andrew's Resources for Seniors System - a Leader in the Health Care Industry for over 60 years. We provide hourly and visit in-home support services to individuals in their homes and our St. Andrew's communities. Our other programs support low-income seniors in their homes as well as employees needing guidance with their aging loved ones.
The Client Services Associate will provide support for our fast-paced office with a focus on Customer and Employee relations. Responsibilities include but are not limited to inbound and outbound calls for clients and employees, data entry to assist with bi-weekly payroll processing and client billing, managing employee and client file compliance, marketing support, managing social media updates, assistance with recruitment, monitoring and ordering office supplies, back up to scheduling including on-call rotation and occasionally providing hands on care if needed.
The idea candidate is outgoing, energetic and a positive Team player. The role has a heavy customer service focus. Must have compassion for seniors and the caregivers that serve them. You will need strong interpersonal relationship skills, proficient computer skills including, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, impeccable follow up and attention to detail is also required.
