The Physician Lead serves as a health-care professional and capable of handling a variety of health-related problems. The Physician Lead focuses on outpatient medicine, continuity of care, health maintenance, and disease prevention. Keeps a medical history and medical records. Advises executives to develop functional strategies (often segment specific) on matters of significance. Exercises independent judgment and decision making on complex issues regarding job duties and related tasks, and works under minimal supervision, Uses independent judgment requiring analysis of variable factors and determining the best course of action.
a Bachelor's degree
~2 or more years of project leadership experience
~ Graduate of accredited MD or DO program of accredited university
~ Prefer Internal Medicine specialty
~ Board Certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Geriatric Medicine
~ This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana/Senior Bridge's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
