Optimum Rehab Inc. is a well-established Pediatric Therapy Clinic, providing comprehensive outpatient Physical Therapy (PT), Occupational Therapy (OT), and Speech Therapy (ST) services to children with special needs. With over 25 years of serving our community, we pride ourselves on maintaining a stable and supportive caseload, offering high-quality care.

We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our growing team. This is a full-time position with flexible scheduling options available, primarily in the afternoons and evenings. A partial caseload is already in place, and there is significant potential to expand as we continue to grow.

*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients.
* Provide high-quality, evidence-based Occupational Therapy interventions to children with a range of developmental and physical needs.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and STs to deliver comprehensive care.
* Adjust and modify treatment goals based on ongoing assessment and client progress.
* Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs).
* Communicate effectively with parents, caregivers, and team members to ensure coordinated services and client progress.

*Qualifications:*
* Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of Florida.
* Experience working with pediatric populations or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred but not required).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
