*CLINICAL JOB DUTIES: *
* Maintains minimum acceptable billable expectation as designated by agency UR sheet and supervisor directives. Follows billing procedures as required by agency policy. This includes medical management and supervision of medical care of clients with psychiatric disorders.
* Develops and maintains relationships with community physicians and medical facilities.
* Consults with area physicians and hospitals to facilitate access to clinic services.
* Consults with area physicians regarding psychiatric cases that they are attempting to maintain in lieu of a referral to HHC.
* Develops and implements policies and procedures re: feedback to physicians on their referrals and discharge back to physicians upon stabilization.
* Provides consultation to agency clinical staff as needed and available.
* Acts as collaborating physician with agency’s Clinical Nurse Specialists/Advanced Practice Nurses/Nurse Practitioners. Maintains necessary collaborative agreements.
* Serves as Primary CPST Service Provider to specified consumers with Pharmacologic Management Service ISP and provide CPST coordination of ISP and advocacy interventions.

*ADMINISTRATIVE JOB DUTIES: *
* Develops and implements medical policies and procedures consistent with the agency’s mission, values, goals and objectives. Ensures policies and procedures are consistent with relevant certification standards and/or Ohio law.
* Works closely with agency administration, nursing supervisors and other agency program directors to ensure provision of coordinated, high quality care.
* Oversees agency’s Terminal Distributor of Dangerous Drugs licenses from Ohio Board of Pharmacy. Ensures compliance with Board of Pharmacy requirements
* Assists agency administration in overall agency planning, grant development, preparation of annual 317 Board Contract Proposal, agency evaluation, policies and procedures development, etc.
* Attends leadership team meetings.

*ADMINSTRATIVE JOB DUTIES: *
* Provides administrative/programmatic supervision to agency physicians.
* Develops and implements peer review policies and procedures for medical services.
* Monitors compliance of physician records with agency standards.

*OTHER DUTIES*
* Maintains positive and responsive contact with funding agencies, referral sources and collateral service providers.
* Contributes to staff morale, professional growth and fosters teamwork.
* Other duties as assigned.
