A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • The Regional HSE Manager is a champion of the Blattner safety culture and our Blattner Safety Program. Serves as a health, safety, and environmental (HSE) expert and consultant to the project site teams and communicates with client HSE professionals on the overall Blattner HSE performance.
  • Partners with site management in the technical training and development of leadership personnel in safety by possessing a clear understanding of how the company operates in accordance with the Blattner HSE Program.
  • Communicates and advises site leadership and client HSE professionals on any current and potential jobsite exposures.
  • Serves as a consultant to site teams on the technical aspects related to safety to determine the best outcome for the benefit of the company. Must be willing to share personal knowledge and experiences.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • A four-year degree in occupational safety, or related field or equivalent education and experience.
  • Seven (7) years of experience in a construction safety leadership role.
  • Ability to travel 75% of the time.
