Chief Operating Officer

Job Summary:As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Triad Partners, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational and strategic aspects of the organization, working closely with the executive team to support Triad's vision and objectives. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, managing scalable growth, and ensuring the success of our organizational strategies and key initiatives.
Supervisory Responsibilities
- Oversight of the executive team as it relates to coordination of day-to-day management across departments; responsible for executing the vision and strategy of the Founders and executive team. Direct reporting structure of executive team will remain with Founders.
- Coordinate the efforts of the other executives, ensuring alignment with operational goals, including addressing interdepartmental issues.
- Facilitate communication between Founders and executive team, acting as a bridge between all departments.
Operational Leadership & Strategy Execution:
- Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with Triad's long-term goals and mission.
- Oversee the company's transition into growth mode, identifying and addressing any challenges in scaling the organization, driving sustainable growth while maintaining core values.
- Collaborate with the Founders and executive team to ensure effective performance management across the organization.
- Own leadership strategy meetings, including but not limited to agenda creation, prioritization of items, and communication streams.
- Work with executive and leadership teams to establish and track organizational OKRs.
- Ensure strategic and targeted coaching of leadership as needed for development and growth.
- Oversee company operations and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity while managing costs and quality.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to ensure operational goals are met, and drive continuous improvement.
- Drive initiatives to streamline processes and improve operational workflows, ensuring a seamless experience for both team members and members.
- Implement metrics and data-driven approaches to monitor and improve operational performance.
- Streamline meeting cadences and efficiencies across organization.
- Collaborate with the finance team to establish budgets and manage resource allocation for operational and strategic initiatives.
- Assist in securing and managing financial resources to support growth and long-term sustainability, including evaluating equity and investment options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including members and strategic partners, to support the company's mission.
- Serve as a representative of Triad in the community, fostering a positive reputation and promoting our commitment to excellence.
- Proven experience in a senior executive role, with a focus on operations, scaling organizations, and employee engagement.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a track record of fostering strong cultures.
- Experience in managing growth transitions in a startup or high-growth environment is preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial planning.
