Implementation Quality Assurance Representative I

Overview:
- Provides a variety of daily support functions which generally includes, review of account/client setups on applicable systems, the reporting of errors to management and the communications of errors to the various colleagues within the Operations unit.
- Ensures operational integrity of accounts and processes
- Maintains up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
- Complies fully with all Bank Operational and Credit policies and procedures as well as all regulatory requirements (e.g. Bank Secrecy Act, Know Your Client, Community
Must-Have*
- H.S. Diploma
- Minimum 2 years Treasury experience
- Minimum 3 years banking experience
- Minimum 1 year basic computer experience required (e.g.. MS Word, Excel)
Skills and Knowledge
- Ability to perform functional duties and related positions with minimal supervision.
- Ability to interact effectively with all levels of TM personnel.
- Proficient in the use of network and PC based software applications.
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills - verbal and written
- Good problem analysis and problem solving
- Exercise good judgment
- Good decision-making
- Good customer service orientation
- Works well in a team environment and collaborates with others
