Job Title: Quality Assurance Lead – ISO 22716 & cGMP

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Assurance Lead with extensive knowledge of ISO 22716 and current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards and comply with regulatory requirements. This role is critical in maintaining our reputation for excellence and ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO 22716 and cGMP standards. 

  • Lead and manage quality assurance activities, including the development of quality policies, procedures, and documentation. 

  • Conduct regular internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO 22716 and cGMP. 

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate the resolution of quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. 

  • Review and approve validation and qualification documentation, including protocols and reports. 

  • Provide training and guidance to team members on quality standards and best practices. 

  • Monitor and analyze quality data to identify trends and develop action plans for improvement. 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and ensure timely submission of required documentation. 

  • Stay updated on industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to ISO 22716 and cGMP. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree or Certifications in Quality Assurance a plus  

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or related industry. 

  • In-depth knowledge of ISO 22716 and cGMP regulations and their application in a manufacturing environment. 

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve quality issues effectively. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams. 

  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team. 

  • Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001, ASQ Certified Quality Auditor) is a plus.
