Senior Technical Program Manager - Normalization (Contract)Truveta is the world's first health provider led data platform with a vision of Saving Lives with Data. In person attendance is required for two weeks during the year for Truveta Planning Weeks. For overall team productivity, we optimize meeting hours in the pacific time zone. This Opportunity We are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager that has a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and a deep understanding of data systems and processes. This role will oversee and coordinate data onboarding efforts while taking an active role in strategic and tactical initiatives to optimize and automate the onboarding workflow. In this role, you will: Own and drive the rhythm of business with key internal stakeholdersEnsure action items, tasks and deliverables are completed on-time and to the quality bar expected by our teamsTrack and manage project risks that arise through the onboarding processIdentify opportunities to create a scalable approach towards internal engagement, encompassing both internal processes that to support our partners as well as those that involve direct partner engagementBe the voice of the customer for the product and engineering teamsOther duties as assigned.Key Qualifications 5+ years of technical program or product management experience B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or related field Excellent project management skills Strong understanding of ETL processes and data modeling is a plusExperience in a startup environment, especially with the ability to be comfortable (and thrive) with uncertainty Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate concepts with Product Management, Engineering and Data teams Why Truveta? The hourly rate for this position is $70-80. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
