Job Summary

The Marketing Coordinator supports the marketing department in the execution of various marketing strategies and campaigns. This role coordinates and implements marketing projects, manages timelines, and collaborates with internal teams to ensure that all activities align with company objectives. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining marketing calendars, conducting market research, managing content distribution, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Actively participate in any branding/re-branding endeavors.
  2. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  3. Create and maintain editorial calendar and scheduling for social media channels and marketing emails.
  4. Support marketing strategies and execution.
  5. Assist in brand initiatives including promotions.
  6. Coordinate marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
  7. Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  8. Develop marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and promotional items.
  9. Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and report on the performance of marketing campaigns.
  10. Assist in organizing and executing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
  11. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences.
  12. Support the maintenance and updates of the company website and other digital platforms.
  13. Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners to execute marketing initiatives.
  14. Provide administrative support to the marketing department, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing marketing materials.
  15. Act as a brand ambassador.

Position Requirements

  1. Bachelor’s degree from accredited 4-year college or university preferred.
  2. Proven ability to work independently to achieve all assigned work and deadlines.
  3. Prior experience presenting PowerPoint and verbal presentations to company leaders and industry key stakeholders.
  4. Prior experience managing multiple responsibilities with the ability to be organized, detail-oriented, and to multi-task.
  5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  6. Prior proven experience with food photography and videography - must show work.
  7. Minimum 2 years' professional experience applying general design principles in a professional setting including Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Express and similar platforms. All candidates must show work.
  8. Proficient in critical Microsoft platforms including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  9. Previous experience in the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry is preferred.
  10. Infrequent daytime, and overnight travel as needed.
