Responsibilities:
  • Welcome & assist all vendors, customers, visitors 
  • Professionally answer & handle all incoming calls 
  • Coordinate, package, distribute customer & employee mailings
  • Order & maintain office supply inventory
  • Utilize computer to process reports, purchase orders and perform data-entry
  • Support Departments with assignments as needed
  • Perform clerical duties as needed, copy, scan, print, file, create binders, etc.

 Requirements:
  • Bilingual Spanish/English Required
  • Experience in Construction office environment highly preferred
  • Able to process High-Volume data with accuracy.
  • Flexible Schedule 
  • Computer savvy with working knowledge of the Microsoft Office environment 
  • Ability to use standard office equipment
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written & oral communication abilities with aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to grow and learn new skills
  • Professional appearance
  • High school diploma; Recent college grad is a plus.
