Corporate Director of Sales

What You Will Do:
- Lead our sales efforts to grow total revenues through targeted sales efforts and strategic revenue management execution.
- Understand market conditions, demand drivers, trends, competition strengths and weaknesses, Star Data, Amadeus B.I. Tools, and brand revenue leaders.
- Drive hotel’s proactive and reactive sales efforts optimizing group and business transient market segments.
- Be a Rainmaker forge personal relationships with target and current top accounts decision makers, participate in personal sales calls with hotel leadership.
- Guide and develop Directors of Sales at property level.
- Evaluate the pricing and distribution strategies of the brand Revenue Management Teams.
- Participate in forecasting, group goal, and the annual business plan process.
- Develop and Implement claw back plans for hotels that get off track in revenue, be a leader in share shifting.
- Understand and lead our execution of the brands revenue strategy, ensuring our sales teams are effectively using brand and KMG sales tools.
- Lead preopening sales efforts for new development and KMG acquisitions.
- Create an organizational structure and culture for our sales leaders- expectations, standardization, goals, tracking, rewards, accountability.
- Assist KMG corporate standardizing our revenue data tracking and history.
