Who we are:
We are an Organic Sugaring (waxing/hair removal) service that appeals to all skin types, especially sensitive skin. From hair removal to skin care products, we are always looking for organic solutions. Our company is nationally known with locations from Miami to Dallas. We are constantly expanding and always seeking positive persons to join our happiness project. We focus on an exceptional customer and employee experience.
SUGARING/THREADING/BROW LAMINATION, TINTING/FACIALS:
- Many shifts are available from full-time to part-time, one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) is required.
- We are open 7 days per week Monday-Friday 9-9 pm Saturday and Sunday 9-7 pm.

Job Duties:
The Head Sugarista is responsible for leading the team of sugaristas, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and client satisfaction in the salon. They oversee the daily operations of the treatment rooms, provide training and mentorship to staff, and monitor product inventory. Additionally, the Head Sugarista ensures that all salon protocols are followed and that the salon maintains a welcoming and hygienic environment. This role also involves addressing client concerns, supporting scheduling, and assisting in maintaining a smooth flow of appointments.
The Head Sugarista also serves as the vital bridge between the sugaristas and upper management, earning the respect of the team through her daily involvement in service delivery and her role as the most skilled and experienced team leader. Unlike management, who may struggle to build rapport with the staff, the Head Sugarista is deeply integrated into the team's day-to-day work, giving her the authority and trust needed to lead effectively. She acts as the liaison between both sides, communicating clearly to ensure that the needs and concerns of the sugaristas are understood by management, while also relaying management’s expectations back to the team. This role is crucial in reducing unnecessary miscommunication, fostering a more cohesive work environment, and ensuring smooth salon operations.
Head Sugarista/Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
Supervision & Training of Sugaristas
- Oversee daily work of sugaristas to ensure high-quality services and client satisfaction.
- Provide training and mentorship for new sugaristas and ongoing development for existing staff.
- Address and resolve any service-related concerns or customer complaints.
Store Cleanliness and Maintenance
- Ensure the salon maintains the highest hygiene standards in treatment rooms and common areas.
- Organize and delegate cleaning duties and routines among staff.
- Perform routine inspections to ensure all equipment is in good working condition and meets safety standards.
Client Service and Retention
- Maintain excellent client relationships, promoting return visits and membership packages.
- Handle escalated client concerns in a professional and effective manner.
Inventory and Supply Monitoring
- Keep track of day-to-day stock levels for treatment products and tools.
- Report low stock or equipment issues to the manager for restocking.
Quality Control
- Ensure that all staff are following company protocols for sugaring and other services (e.g., spray tans, lash lifts).
- Perform quality checks on treatments and services.
Staff Scheduling Support
- Assist with organizing shift coverage and ensuring optimal staff availability.
