Responsibilities:
  • Manage product manufacturing, quality, and raw material management.
  • Supervise resources to meet production goals and assist in budget preparation.
  • Develop controls for material and labor usage.
  • Plan and schedule work to maximize productivity.
  • Use operating indicators to control costs and material usage.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and product specifications.
  • Maintain strict compliance with financial, legal, regulatory, and environmental requirements.
  • Support safety improvements by reducing OSHA incidents and lost time accidents.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
Skills/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of operational leadership experience in manufacturing.
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve process issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Experience with SAP or ERP systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to manage a team of 6 salaried employees, including performance evaluations and staffing decisions.
  • Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 25 pounds.
  • Minimal travel required (0-10 days per year).
