Marketing Account Manager

Requirements:
- BA in Advertising, Marketing or related preferred
- Experience in Restaurant Marketing is a plus
- Agency experience is is a plus
- Minimum 3 years Marketing/Advertising Agency experience
- Proficiency in Google Suite; Microsoft Office
- Basecamp is a plus
Account Services (day-to-day):
- Leads internal and client meetings (i.e. creative kickoffs, brand immersions, weekly client status meetings, creative brainstorms) -Facilitates all account duties including weekly status reports, job briefs, client billing, and internal job management
- Maintain shared planning documents, trafficking assets internally and externally
- Develop briefs to support creative, projects, and client insights
- Clearly set goals for projects based on client business goals
- Performs thorough quality assurance on all deliverables prior to them being delivered to the client (i.e. spelling, grammar, program details) -Develops internal and external timelines for projects and pitches Works in a cross-functional team (i.e. creative, social, digital teams)
Client Relations (day-to-day):
- Strengthen client relationships by becoming a trusted extension of the client’s marketing team
- Gain familiarity with the client’s industry, products, and business models -Have a base understanding of advertising, digital, and media trends and uses this knowledge to present business-building ideas for client and the agency
