Responsibilities and Expectations:Integrated Power Services (IPS) is seeking a Warehouse Coordinator for our Tampa/Plant City Service Center. As a Warehouse Coordinator for IPS you will be responsible for maintaining the assets that we store for our customers in a climate-controlled warehouse. You will also verify and store records and load and unload trucks.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset ensuring the Asset Management department has a Customer First approach.
  • Performs the monthly equipment evaluations. This includes testing motors, turning shafts, etc.
  • Utilizing our IPS TRACKER technology to track the preventive maintenance performed on the assets we are storing for our customers.
  • Prepares shipments for postal or commercial conveyance; determines most economical and efficient shipping method; selects appropriate shipping container; packs items to ensure safe delivery.
  • Receives and unloads incoming materials and compares information on packing slip with purchase order to verify accuracy of shipment; may process return shipments from customers.
  • Inspects shipments for damage or defects.
  • Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiates proof of delivery May maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records.
  • Review Purchase Order Delivery Dates and Truck Schedules to plan each workday.
  • Assign and maintain inventory location in AX.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse floors and Job Material staging areas.
  • Will operate dolly, pallet jack, overhead crane, rigging, and/or forklift in loading and unloading supplies and equipment.
  • Follows established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety, environmental, and/or infection control standards.
  • Prepares monthly storage billing for processing.
  • Responsible for company phone and customer response.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Competencies:
  • Valid Class A Driver's License required.
  •  Must know how to use forklift, overhead crane, and pallet Jack.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Rigging Certification preferred.
  • Records maintenance skills preferred.
  • Inventory management preferred.
  • Good computer skills.
  • Ability to work overtime.
  • Ability to lift, push or pull items up to 70 lbs. in weight.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate both verbal and written.
  • Ability to understand and follow safety procedures.
  • Ability to receive, track, and distribute materials, supplies, and equipment.
  • Knowledge of light equipment operation and/or maintenance.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing dynamics.
  • Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork.
