  • Pick and pack orders to customer specifications, verifying accuracy and completeness
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels, identifying and resolving discrepancies
  • Receive and process shipments, verifying transactions and stocking inventory in designated locations
  • Implement and maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company safety protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence
  • Perform cycle counts and record transaction data in our proprietary warehouse management system
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 12+ months of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in an industrial setting
