We are looking for a Manager at The Italian Daughter and Patricia's Pizza locations, both located on North Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale, Arizona. This is a hands on manager position which include, seating guests, visiting all tables during service, answering phones, taking reservations, taking to go and catering orders, running food, expediting food, assisting bussers, servers and bartenders alike. This is not an office job

Restaurant managers have one job but wear many hats. While a restaurant can’t operate without its team, it also can’t be successful without its leader. Restaurant manager duties cover all areas of the business, from daily operations to planning and business reporting, stock and relationship management with customers, staff and suppliers.

We are looking for managers with the following experiences in mind:
  • Leadership
  • Managing Financial Budgets & Monitoring Costs
  • Maintaining Financial Records & Reports
  • Hiring & Training Staff
  • Scheduling Staff
  • Handling Employee Issues & Conflicts
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction & Building Customer Relationships
  • Planning Menus, Pricing & Maintaining Food Quality
  • Managing Inventory & Ordering Supplies
  • Maintaining Environmental, Food Safety & Sanitation Practices

Qualifications:
  • listed experience is a must.
  • current serv safe manager certificate or equivalent.
  • current alcohol certification.
  • background check completed and passed.
  • drug test completed and passed.
  • proficiency in Microsoft programs.
  • experience with POS systems such as: Aloha, Toast, SpotOn, Touch Bistro, Clover, etc.
  • 2-4 year collage degree or work equivalent.
  • must be available weekends, nights and holidays.

Benefits:
  • medical, dental and vision selections after 90-day probation period is completed.
  • 1-week paid vacation after 1st year of employment.
  • 2-weeks paid vacation after 3-years of employment.
  • 5-days paid sick leave per year, starts accruing after 90-day probation period.
  • daily shift meal.
  • 30% off meals when not working, up to 4-persons. Alcohol not included.
  • concurrent days off most weeks.
