Job Title: Marketing Manager – Pediatric Therapy Clinic for Children with Hearing Loss

Location: Katy, Texas.

About Us:
We are a fast-growing pediatric therapy clinic offering specialized services in audiology, speech therapy, and occupational therapy. Our mission is to empower children with hearing loss and communication challenges to reach their full potential. As part of our commitment to whole family care, we also house a language-rich school for deaf and hard-of-hearing children, ages 12 months to 5 years, with a focus on auditory verbal therapy. We are seeking a talented and motivated Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts, elevate our brand, and help us reach more families who could benefit from our services.

Job Summary:
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive patient and student enrollment, and strengthen our presence in the pediatric therapy and hearing loss communities. This role will require a mix of strategic planning, content creation, and hands-on implementation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans, including digital, print, and event-based strategies.
  • Oversee website management, SEO, and digital ad campaigns to drive traffic and engagement in order to generate more leads for the company and increase profit.
  • Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content to promote clinic services, events, and success stories.
  • Build relationships with local healthcare providers, physicians, schools, and community organizations to enhance referral networks.
  • Coordinate promotional events, open houses, and community outreach initiatives.
  • Design and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, newsletters).
  • Track and analyze marketing KPIs, generating reports to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in pediatric therapy and hearing loss education.
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure marketing messages align with our mission and values.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in medical marketing, preferably in healthcare, education, or pediatric services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and email campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Passion for working with children and families, and sensitivity to the unique challenges faced by children with hearing loss.
