Sales Manager

The client:
Our client is a leading global manufacturer of high-quality compressors, blowers and other rotating equipment used across various essential industries such as Wastewater, Cement, Biogas, Oil & Gas, Pharmaceutical, and Food. Sales Director:
They currently have a position open for a Sales Director for the south-central region. You’d be responsible for leading sales and service operations for 6 states, including a regional location in Houston. We’re looking for driven individuals who have management experience and a proven track record of consistently growing revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement regional sales and service strategies
- Identify opportunities and new markets for the business to grow
- Foster positive relationships with key customers
- Oversee account management efforts, maintaining strong relationships with key accounts in various markets
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to refine sales processes and explore new opportunities
- Prepare and present regional sales forecasts, strategies, and reports
Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in compressed air, pumps, vacuum or other rotating equipment
- 3 years of management experience
- A sales background
- Based in Houston
