Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a smart, friendly, and resourceful Customer Service Advisor who will connect well with our team and our customers. We are looking for someone who enjoys working directly with clients and can serve as the liaison between customer needs and our service technicians. Although automotive knowledge is a plus, the top priority is excellent customer service skills with the ability to sell required services and assist our customers through the repair process successfully.

• We are a general repair shop, primarily on domestic and Asian cars and light trucks
• Monday – Friday 8-5:30 (no weekend hours)

Qualifications: 

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Clean valid driver’s license
• Pass a background check
• Drug-free
• 1+ years of customer service experience (automotive a plus)
• Excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills to maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Computer literate (Windows-based systems; Microsoft Office tools; web-based tools)
• Eager to learn, comfortable learning new technologies and skills as needed 

Responsibilities:

• First contact for customers at Accomplished Auto
• Multi-task to field customer inquiries from any source:  phone calls (primary); text; email.  Return messages promptly 
• Generate sales leads, with a focus on bringing customers through the door for service.
• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call-handling quotas
• Document customer vehicle concerns, engaging customers to draw out reasons for bringing their vehicle in for service/repair.
