Banks Chevrolet is looking for an experienced, energetic, and above all, organized professional to join our service department.

Responsibilities Include (but not limited to):

  • Oversee the customer’s service process from start to finish.
  • Work with the parts department to secure parts for repairs.
  • Complete special order part request for customers and service personnel.
  • Communicate with customers on service/parts status.
  • Communicate with staff and customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Understand and follow federal, state and local regulations applicable to industry.
