Core Responsibilities:

  • Negotiating Offers: Leveraging strong negotiation skills to finalize offers that benefit both the candidate and our organization, reinforcing our commitment to securing top talent.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Experience: 2-3 years of proven recruiting experience, preferably within the hospitality or related industries.
  • Market Insight: A comprehensive understanding of the local industry and market trends, enabling strategic talent attraction.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication abilities to articulate the values and vision of our brand compellingly.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to engage with candidates and team members, fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
  • Problem-Solving: Adept at navigating the complexities of recruitment, offering innovative solutions to hiring challenges.
  • Organization: Meticulous organizational skills to manage multiple roles and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
