Positions are available as either fixed salaried, or fee-for-service which offers unlimited earning potential.  Paid Holidays and Paid Sick Leave are included in the benefit package as is a Retirement Plan with company match. Northpointe provides a steady stream of referrals while taking care of all back-end practice needs to include billing, written correspondence, and communication with insurance companies, giving you the freedom to do what you love - providing excellent clinical care and treatment. 

Requirements are:
  • Current State of New York license as a either a LCSW or LMHC
  • Willing to work 9-30 hours per week (or more if desired by Clinician)
  • Minimum 3 years post independent licensure
  • Paneled with insurance companies a plus
  • Prior private practice experience is a plus

Required education:
  • Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or Social Work
