This hybrid position requires in-office work two days a week (Tuesdays and Thursdays). The role is long-term, and the first shift's working hours are from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST.
Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Code invoices (training provided).
  • Reconcile invoices across two systems.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience with Invoice Data Capture and data entry.
  • Typing speed of 40 words per minute.
  • Strong attention to detail.
