We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative, based in Mt Laurel, New Jersey. In this role, you will be part of our team, operating within the industry, and will be responsible for ensuring excellent service standards, responding efficiently to customer inquiries, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

• Engage in answering inbound calls and respond to customer requests

• Ensure the provision of quality call center customer service through efficient data entry

• Handle customer service duties and maintain a friendly demeanor throughout interactions

• Update and maintain customer databases regularly

• Use Microsoft Word and Excel for various tasks and customer service management

• Assist in making welcome calls to new Medicare members

• Efficiently manage and schedule appointments

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring the delivery of excellent customer service

• Perform order entry tasks as required

• Accurately process customer credit applications and maintain records.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word

• Experience in data entry and order entry

• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls

• Previous experience in a call center customer service role

• Excellent customer service skills

• Ability to schedule appointments efficiently

• Proficiency in managing email correspondence

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• High attention to detail and organization skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

• Proactive attitude and ability to take initiative

• Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
