Dermatology Clinic Office Manager

About Us:
We are currently seeking an organized and experienced Clinic Office Manager to join our dynamic team. MI Skin Center is a physician-owned dermatology clinic dedicated to providing exceptional skincare and wellness services to our valued clients. We are always looking to expand and improve our practice, our team is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment, ensuring every client feels their best.
Position Overview:
As the Office Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of different divisions in our clinic. You will oversee daily administrative tasks and coordinate communication between human resource department, billers, medical providers, aestheticians, medical assistants, front desk staff, other team members, and will be responsible for handling customer relations. Your leadership will help maintain a positive and efficient workplace while ensuring continuous improvement in patient satisfaction scores. We expect to hire an office manager that can recognize space for improvement and think outside the box for creative solutions.
Leadership Responsibilities:
- Direct internal practice operations.
- Create benchmarks, track and report progress.
- Create innovative ways to improve office efficiencies.
- Recommend and implement changes to enhance operations.
- Manage daily office operations and ensure a welcoming environment.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and staff coordination.
- Handle client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Assist in financial tasks, including invoicing and budgeting.
- Implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Support staff training and development as needed.
- Collaborate with management to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Prior leadership experience in a medical office environment or other relevant professional experience (minimum of 2 years).
- Ability to coordinate, direct, and supervise the work of others.
- Proficient in operating a standard desktop and Windows-based computer system, including EMR software, Microsoft Word, Excel, and other necessary software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of the skincare or wellness industry is a plus.
This job operates in a typical office environment, which involves frequent interruptions, changing priorities, and significant interaction with people, which can be stressful at times.
Salary: Negotiable as per experience
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours
