Vinyl Siding Team Lead

We are looking for a capable and skilled individual to join our team as a Vinyl Siding Team Lead. The ideal candidate will have extensive previous experience in all aspects of residential and/or commercial vinyl siding as well as experience leading a crew.

Responsibilities:
  • Follow instructions from supervisor regarding installation of materials.
  • Track time and materials as required for each installation project.
  • Maintain all equipment in good order and report any malfunctions to Head of Field Operations.
  • Operate all equipment in a safe and responsible manner.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Cross-train in other areas to expand knowledge and expertise as needed.
  • Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.
  • Lead a vinyl siding crew with an awareness of the work environment to produce error free and damage free results.

Qualifications:
  • Siding installation experience required
  • Good interpersonal skills and the ability to follow instructions
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of team
  • Available for overtime as needed
  • Physical demands include ability to lift 50 pounds regularly, often times more.  Working from ladders or tight spaces.  Ability to work outside in all environmental conditions.
