The IT Help Desk will provide support and assistance.  You will interact with employees in person or by phone to assist with computer and printer issues. The individual must be customer service oriented and have good technical knowledge with the ability to communicate effectively to understand the problem and provide a solution.

Job Summary:
  • Serves as the point of contact for employees needing technical assistance.
  • Computer, printer, and phone set up.
  • Troubleshoot computer, printer, fax, and phone issues.
  • Troubleshoot web pay errors.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Tech-savvy with working knowledge of computer systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical computer and printer issues.
  • Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Software is a plus

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Minimum of 3 plus years of IT work experience.
  • Excellent communication skills.
SCHEDULE  *In the office.  This is not a remote position*
  • Full-time - Monday through Friday (8 am to 5 pm).
