IT Help Desk Tech

Job Summary:
- Serves as the point of contact for employees needing technical assistance.
- Computer, printer, and phone set up.
- Troubleshoot computer, printer, fax, and phone issues.
- Troubleshoot web pay errors.
EXPERIENCE:
- Tech-savvy with working knowledge of computer systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical computer and printer issues.
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Record Software is a plus
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum of 3 plus years of IT work experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Full-time - Monday through Friday (8 am to 5 pm).
