Taalk.ai is seeking a smart, motivated individual to join our team as an Account Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity to dive into the exciting world of conversational AI, support clients, create innovative solutions, and grow a thriving community of Taalk users.

Role and Responsibilities:
- Assist in onboarding and supporting clients by troubleshooting issues, providing technical guidance, and ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Learn how to create and optimize conversational AI agents using our platform, gaining hands-on experience in AI development and deployment.
- Collaborate with the founders wile supporting product development, sales, and marketing to drive innovation and enhance our offerings.
- Demonstrate and provide training on community features, business challenges and solutions to internal and external stakeholders.
- Administer the client community, including user account management and moderation escalations.
- Bridge communication between internal and external communities, engaging with Subject Matter Experts where relevant.
- Monitor community health and produces reports on relevant issues and outcomes.
- Helps manage programs (contests, webinars, giveaways) to drive adoption and success with our community.
- Assist with the management, upgrade and improvements, of features and functions, providing technical support to members and staff.
- Create, configures and manages community page layouts designed for different business profiles and audiences.
- Manage Polls/Surveys to measure community member experience and sentiment
- Work with Founders to generate social content that will drive communications
- Plan social content and maintain a content calendar
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years' in marketing, advertising or related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced start up environment
