Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the intake process for new home health and hospice referrals.
  • Ensure every referral knows they are special to us, providing a personal touch that sets us apart.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral sources, ensuring they are eager to send us their next referral.
  • Accept payments and Schedule appointments and coordinate care efficiently, even under pressure.
  • Understand and navigate insurance authorizations to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Communicate with a smile in your voice, demonstrating empathy and a genuine heart for helping those who are sick and hurting.
  • Assist with staffing and scheduling needs, leveraging HR experience to find the right personnel.

What We're Looking For:
  • Experience in home health and hospice coordination of care is a plus 
  • Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • A genuine desire to help others and make a difference.
  • Proficiency in relevant scheduling and coordination tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly Considered Qualifications:
  • Experience using Kinnser
  • Background in billing is a plus
