Key Responsibilities:

Laundry Processing Duties:
  • Manage the intake, processing, and checkout of all laundry orders using our POS system.
  • Communicate our laundry service values and offerings to customers.
  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and hang customers' laundry with care.
  • Inspect items for stains or damages and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure a high-quality laundry experience for all customers.
  • Maintain an inventory of laundry supplies.
  • Exhibit strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Understand proper laundry procedures and best practices.
  • Demonstrate excellent time management to meet deadlines.
  • Be able to lift 20 lbs or more consistently.
  • Keep laundry machines in good condition and report maintenance needs.
