Dental Administrative Assistant

You will be on your feet for most of the day.We are looking for a reliable, quick learner, and fun individual to join our team
If you have excellent customer service and have worked in the hospitality/service industry we want to meet you
Our mission:
Deliver customized comprehensive care while providing excellent customer service.
Your schedule: M, T, W, Th. 8:15am-5:00pm; 1 hour for lunch.
Must be able to:
- Be on your feet for most of the day.
- Perform instrument sterilization and room turnover. This is 90% of your job duties (we will train)
- Perform office cleanliness and tidiness (bathroom, lobby, hallways).
- Display confidence and empathy when connecting with patients on the phone and in person to address their needs.
- Follow the schedule accurately and bring patients to treatment rooms on time.
- Multitask while being punctual.
- Assist colleagues with basic tasks and documentation.
- Work without selfish behavior. We work together to grow the office together.
- Be drama free, dependable, and coachable.
- Quickly learn computer tasks, software, electronic patient charts (HIPAA compliant–will train)

Job Details:
- Starting at $18/hr M-Th based on personality, experience, and ability to learn new skills.
- 5 paid sick/vacation days.
