Inside Sales Associate

Responsibilities:
- Discovery conversations with existing customers and prospective customers to identify products and services that Master Halco can provide to grow their business.
- Calls current customers, by phone, to generate orders for delivery on scheduled delivery routes and to inform customers of specials and sales promotions.
- Partner with outside sales team to expand products and customer base.
- Collects market intelligence from customers regarding competitive situations, competitor pricing, market situations, etc. and informs Branch Manager.
- Take inbound phone calls and emails from contractors and retail customers to process quotes and orders in a timely manner.
- Consult with clients/customers after sales to provide ongoing support.
- Prepares job order quotations based on customer requests and information
- Communicate by phone or email with customers from the time of order to the time of shipment.
- Work as a team with other sales and operations people to hit sales goals and earn bonuses and spiffs.
Qualifications:
- High School graduate or equivalent work experience
- Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
- Computer literate and proficient in MS applications
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in building products or DIY
