Admin Assistant

Expectations:
- Answer phones and greet visitors.
- Prepare communications, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.
- Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Manage accounts and perform light bookkeeping.
- The right person for this role should have at least 2 years of experience in administrative or clerical work.
- AR experience preferred, but not required.
- Monday - Friday.
- 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
