Successful candidate qualifications:
- Ability to consistently deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.
- Familiarity with reading blueprints and diagrams is a plus.
Job responsibilities may include, but not limited to:
- Install custom closets and storage systems in both residential and commercial properties.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction throughout the installation process.
- Communicate effectively with customers to update them on installation progress and address any inquiries they may have.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by establishing and nurturing relationships with clients.
- Educate clients on the usage and maintenance of their closet organization systems.
- Work both independently and collaboratively within a team, requiring minimal supervision.
- Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to changing schedules as needed.
- Diagnose problems and develop effective repair solutions.
- Educate clients on the operation and maintenance of their closet organization systems, fireplaces, or stoves.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities to acquire skills in fireplace or stove installation, testing, and maintenance to ensure optimal functionality.
Job Requirements:
- Physical capability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and operate in confined spaces.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
- High School diploma or equivalent certification preferred.
