Job Description:
  • Partner with agency leadership to build an outstanding operations function, emphasising processes, tools, consistency and efficiency.
  • Own all aspects of project forecasting and resourcing – in partnership with other teams within the enterprise and the OneTen agency to optimize workflow, capacity planning, and reporting.
  • Develop and execute the work's health moving through the agency at any time, managing any roadblocks, helping to resolve issues and redirect work at risk.
  • Identify areas of opportunity to optimize workflows, introduce tools, or improve reporting, in an evolving effort to improve efficiency and team engagement
  • Develop and document creative processes, decision logs and other key information to support reliable and consistent workflows
  • Assess what is currently working and reassess as the company and team evolve with flexible and evolving approaches to operations.
  • Execute general agency operations communications and change management, with clear and consistent messaging and reinforcement.
  • Support ongoing administrative needs including freelance hiring and onboarding, documentation upkeep, meeting management and other as-needed.
