Position Overview:As a Customer Service Representative at Alpine Car Wash, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers receive outstanding service during their visit. From welcoming them with a friendly smile to addressing their inquiries and assisting with their needs, you'll be the face of our company, providing a memorable experience that keeps customers coming back.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner as they arrive at the car wash facility.
- Assist customers with selecting the appropriate car wash package and explaining the benefits of our services.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system.
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the customer service area and throughout the facility.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Friendly and outgoing personality with a genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and demeanor.
