Executive Housekeeper / Manager Larchmont, NY
Job Details:Days: Monday to Friday, 5 days per weekHours: 7:00a - 2:00pPay Rate: $40 — $45 per hour Additional Benefits: TBD
A Larchmont, Westchester, NY-based family with two children (3 and 7 years old) is looking for an attentive, proactive, and organized Housekeeper/Family Assistant/Manager. Seeking someone with a can-do attitude, who is honest, patient with children, and who has excellent communication and comprehension skills. There are additional staff members in the home. There may be pets in the home on occasion.  
Duties will include but are not limited to:Household Management Duties:
  • Oversee daily operations, and ensure smooth household functioning.
  • Manage staff - supervise household employees.
  • Inventory and supplies, track and restock essentials.
  • Vendor coordination, schedule and oversee service providers.
  • Property maintenance, arrange or perform regular upkeep and repairs.
  • Security checks, ensure home security systems are working.
  • Perform light housekeeping duties.
Family Support Duties:
  • Calendar management, organize family schedules and events.
  • Event coordination, planning, and overseeing gatherings and celebrations.
  • Prepare breakfast for the family.
  • Pet care, on occasion.
Childcare Support Duties:
  • Assist with children’s daily routine as needed.
  • Pack lunches/ snacks for children.
  • Prepare backpacks.
  • Bring children to school.
  • Transportation, arrange and provide as needed.
Administrative/Personal Assistance Duties:
  • Errands, shopping, and organizing.
  • Mail and packages, sort, organize and manage deliveries/ returns.
  • Document organization, keep household records organized.
  • Liaison serves as the main contact for staff and vendors.
Special Duties:
  • Seasonal decor, set up seasonal decorations and event setups.
  • Handle special household projects.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ solid years of related experience working in a private home.
  • Excellent references are required from both current and previous employers.
  • Must have a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Able to work independently or as a team.
  • Flexible, organized, and able to manage time.
  • Legally able to work in the United States for any employer.
  • Must be vaccinated.
