 COMPENSATION: Salary plus bonus puts your first-year earnings around $85,000. You will significantly surpass $110,000+ in subsequent years. Our competitive compensation structure is designed to reward high performance and dedication. The earning potential is unlimited, based on sales achievements.  JOB SUMMARY:As an outside sales representative, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and expanding our customer base. You will be responsible for conducting in-home consultations with potential customers, assessing their needs, and proposing tailored solutions that align with our services. This role is ideal for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Conduct in-home visits to assess potential client's needs and recommend appropriate services, including stucco moisture & mold remediation, interior remodeling, exterior renovation, general contracting, and design services.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, providing high-quality, personalized service.
  • Deliver engaging and informative presentations to clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our services.
  • Prepare and present proposals and quotes, and close sales efficiently.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions.
  • Collaborate with the team to share insights and strategies for achieving sales objectives.
 REQUIREMENTS:
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably construction, remodeling, or related industries.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade various types of clients.
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales processes efficiently.
  • Knowledge of stucco moisture and mold remediation services is a plus.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
