This role is for sub contractors who actually perform the work. Do not apply if you are a general contractor. We will not hire you. If you only want to do demo, plumbing, tile work, tile shower pans, cabinet installs, sheetrock, carpentry, countertops or electrical, then make that known upfront. Bathroom & Kitchen Remodeler contractor with full crew & complete bath & kitchen remodeling capabilities
You must have a license, your own insurance and have lived & worked in Austin for at least 5 years, along with having all of your equipment/tools with you in the Austin metro area. No exceptions.
For consideration, you must have completed at least 10 full bathroom remodels or 10 kitchen remodels within the last 6 months. If you are not currently working in bathrooms and kitchens please do not apply.
You will be required to submit photos of your work and specifically your tile and wet space work. If you do not have that experience please do not apply.
You must be able to work on a job site without promoting your own company via your marked vehicle, wearing clothes or by directly promoting yourself to HPB's customers directly for additional work on the side. If you have an issue with this, then please do not apply.
(www.HalfPricedBaths.com) is hiring bathroom and kitchen remodeling and installation crews. If you’re someone who has multiple installation teams you can put together and work with then all the better.
Our pay scale is labor only is up to (all materials provided by HPB and a project manager will ensure you have what you need on-site but some trips to Home Depot are average too) $3000-4000 per 5x7 small bathroom up to $5000-6000 for full master bathroom remodel. Kitchens pay 3-5000 for cabinet installation, countertops, flooring, backsplash, electrical, and plumbing.
Requirements:
- Just be drug-free, smoke free, polite, kind, and professional as a subcontractor for our company.
- You must have your tools & transportation.
- You must pass a background check & not have any felonies.
- Your previous employers will be contacted & you must have at least 3 references
- You must show pictures of your previous work in bathroom & kitchen remodeling & have established relationships with vendors in the Denver metro area.
